Membership Rules

• One Neo Elite Laser Treatment Procedure needs to be used before the last day of each month and may not be carried over to the next month (otherwise it will be forfeited for that month).

• The membership contract is sold as (9-month or 12 month) packages.

• 24 hour cancellation notice is required for rescheduling within the same month.

Membership Cancellation Process

• If you would like to cancel your membership after an initial 3-month commitment; a written email request for cancellation of membership must be received 30-days prior to the next monthly billing cycle. Please notify us via email of request to cancel at <AnimaSanaCareClinic@gmail.com>
